Pickens, Managing Director, to Head EDS’ Western U.S. and Pacific Rim Special Situations operations. Steven N. Siegler, International Chairman of Appraisal Review and Management (ARM) for the American Society of Appraisers (ASA), announced today that Dr. Shannon Pratt (United States of America), Mr. Chengjun Wang (Peoples Republic of China) and Mr. Hakob Sarkissian (Russia) have received the highest honor offered by the ARM discipline.
