Equity Development Systems, Ltd., names Stephen M. Pickens, to Head EDS’ West Coast and Pacific Rim Special Situations operations.
Equity Development Systems, Ltd., (together with its affiliates, “EDS”) today announced the appointment of Stephen M. Pickens, Managing Director, to Head EDS’ Western U.S. and Pacific Rim Special Situations operations. Mr. Pickens based in San Francisco, CA., will focus on secondary purchases of distressed assets as well as rescue lending and structured investments in the Western U.S. and throughout the Pacific Rim.
Mr. Pickens will report to Steven N. Siegler, Executive Managing Director, and Director of EDS’ Global Special Situations Group. Mr. Siegler based in Boca Raton, FL., focuses on secondary purchases of distressed assets as well as rescue lending and structured investments in the Eastern U.S. and throughout the Caribbean Basin.
