Equity Development Systems, Ltd. handles sale of Southwest Engineers to Emerson Electric.
Emerson Electric Co., the global manufacturing and technology giant, has acquired Southwest Engineers of Louisiana, Inc. (SWE) Equity Development Systems, Ltd. (EDS) acted as intermediary and advisor to Southwest Engineers. Steven N. Siegler, Managing Director of EDS’s mergers and acquisition advisory services led EDS’s team of transactional lawyers and accountants.
