The Appraisal Review and Management Systems® (ARMS) unit of EDS provides independent appraisal reviews of Real Property, Business Valuation, Personal Property, and Machinery and Technical Services for commercial banks, asset-backed securities and managed funds, and asset-based lenders and leasing companies and, appraisal management services to the financial services industry throughout the world. We specialize in appraisal expert witness and litigation support and, arbitration and mediation services to attorneys, courts, and government agencies.
EDS’ independent appraisal review and appraisal management programs fulfill U.S. interagency regulatory (FRB/FDIC/OCC/OTS/NCUA) and international Basel Accords lending compliance requirements.
EDS’ appraisal review and management services are performed by our multi-disciplined senior appraisers holding international accreditation with the American Society of Appraisers (ASA). The ASA is the oldest and largest multi-disciplined appraisal— valuation organization with some 5500 members throughout the world.
Our Appraisal Review and Management Systems® unit is headed by Managing Director, Steven N. Siegler. Mr. Siegler is an Accredited Senior Appraiser with and was honored to serve as the International Chairman of Appraisal Review and Management for the American Society of Appraisers from 2002-2009.
