Equity Development Systems, Ltd., Appraisal Review and Management Systems® (ARMS) unit provides international Basel II and U.S. interagency regulatory compliant independent appraisal reviews, e.g., Federal Reserve/FDIC/OCC/OTS/IRS to commercial banks, private-equity funds, and other asset-based secured lenders and leasing companies, and appraisal review and analysis. Additionally, ARMS provides appraisal expert witness and appraisal litigation support and arbitration and mediation services to attorneys, courts, and government agencies throughout the world.
EDS’s appraisal review and management services, commercial and residential, are performed by our multi-disciplined senior appraisers holding international accreditation with the American Society of Appraisers (ASA). The ASA is the oldest and largest multi-disciplined appraisal / valuation organization with some 5500 members throughout the world.
Our Appraisal Review and Management Systems® Group is headed by Managing Director, Steven N. Siegler, ASA. Mr. Siegler is an Accredited Senior Appraiser with and is honored to serve as the International Chairman of Appraisal Review and Management for the American Society of Appraisers.
