The Compliance Group’s Appraisal Review and Management Systems® (ARMS) section performs international Basel and U.S. regulatory compliant independent appraisal reviews for lenders and the financial services industry as well as in litigation support, and arbitration and mediation services to attorneys, courts, and government agencies. Our Appraisal Reviews, Valuation Opinions, and Appraisal Expert Witness services are provided by our multi-disciplined senior appraisers holding international accreditation with the American Society of Appraisers (ASA).
EDS’s Investment Recovery Systems® unit (Recovery Group) is a global leader in providing investment—asset recovery and replevin services to multinational corporations and lenders. Our Recovery Group specializes in handling the divestiture of contentious replevin and environmentally-sensitive-special-asset situations. EDS’s award winning environmentally related special-asset services have earned EDS the distinction of being the only company of its kind that the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) allows to conduct investment—asset recovery activities on Superfund Sites. Additionally, EDS is pleased to provide Keeper services to the United States Marshal Service for assets in seizure.
